-It was different. A little different at any rate. We won the division two years in a row. In my lifetime it's been a good year followed up by stink-city.

-Best team over the long haul. A five game series is not the best format to prove that. Actually, I believe the Dogers were the best second-have team. Had this Doger team took the the field, as is, all year long....who knows. Maybe we'd have been the second best team in the NL.

- Dumpster made more than one bad pitch. Most of them somewhere above the batters head or bouncing in front of the plate. Hence the four runners on base.

100 years? Come on, you've probably been a fan fro about a decade or so. In that time, they've made the playoffs roughly half the time. Believe me, as a Cub fan, you've had it good.
