Holy cow, Alabama is about to go up 24!

I knew I should've bet on Bama. Oh well, I'm looking good so far by taking Miss. St. and +24 and Illinois +14.5

and penn state gets another huge break that will inevitably lead to a touchdown. i've jumped up out of my chair two times tonight and both times the ruling got reversed. what a load of bs.

condolences, but both calls were right, as was the reversed touchdown by benn.

not disputing that, but the bounces sure seem to be going the way of the lions tonight. it's frustrating.

I wish I was an LSU fan. LSU is the LUCKIEST team in college football history. I've watched them enough over the years to know that a) they are usually badass, but b) are also the benefactors of some incredibly lucky tips, bounces, etc.

I don't know about that. I think Les Miles is one of the luckiest/dumbest coaches in all of college football though.

I hope that this week LSU practices tackling. They're missing way too many.

Just be glad MSU is a Howry team with a dope for a head coach. Their playcalling is completely moronic. Croom comes from the old Bear Bryant school of smash mouth football which is about as archaic as writing with quill pens.

Not much new to say today - Tennessee's offense still sucks worse than most and the defense is still quite good. Auburn should not be ranked in the top 15-20, though. They are a slightly better version of Tennessee right now.

I also think it may be time to make a change at QB. Crompton is talented, but has no field vision whatsoever and his best decisions are highly questionable. Not sure which way Fulmer should go (which is why I'm not completely sold on benching Crompton), but I might lean a bit toward Gerald Jones. If he can throw the ball at all he very well might be better than Nick Stephens or B.J. Coleman.

man, you'd think that you'd be all over that.

Naw, when I used to use quill pens I got lots of ink under my fingernails.

Georgia threatening to to get back in the game against Bama.

A touchdown drive followed by a punt return for a TD has the Dawgs down 31-17. Alabama is driving inside the Georgia 30, though.
