I was one of the biggest anti-Theriots out there, but this is stupid. Theriot has struggled a lot the past month or two, doing what he did most of last year. But I hope to heck he comes through with a few more magic singles before the end of October because he's a Cub and I want them to do well far more than I want my predictions about him to be right. I'd much rather be wrong about him.

Again, I know I'm being nitpicky and should just drop it, but what purpose does Theriot going 0-4 the next 4 games have for anyone? Unless you have an unhealthy hatred for Theriot, why wouldn't you want him to finish .300 for the season?
