that was so awesome. i don't know if they captured it on tv or not, but when soriano took the field after his 3rd homerun, the whole stadium erupted in cheers through the warm up tosses.

Fianlly nice to get a win. Hopefully they got all that bad crap/complete suckage crap out of their systems and start winning some games to wrap up the NL Central.

What a fantastic game, especially after last night. There were more Cubs fans there than I think I've ever seen at GABP. If I'd have to guess, I'd say it was 70/30 Cubs/Reds, if not higher. The cheers for Soriano did not let up from the moment the 3rd homer left Soriano's bat until the first Red stepped into the batter's box the next inning. It was nice to see Marquis get the standing ovation when he left in the eighth, although the next eight runs weren't a whole lot of fun.

My vocal cords are shredded, hopefully tomorrow's game makes me lose my voice completely. Go Cubs.
