Yanks:

Ruth

Gehrig

Mantle

Obviously I could see DiMaggio taking the place of Gehrig or Mantle.

those are the 3 I was thinking as well. are viewers dumb enough to pick Jeter?

Sweet Jesus, I hope not. Please please no.

I'll set 5-1 odds that say they are.

I also bet Paul O'Neill would be an honorable mention if they list any.

what about scott brosius

Ricky Ledee? Enrique Wilson?

Aaron Boone.

Luis Sojo

Clay Bellinger

Chad Curtis

HM-Aaron Small

I don't see how you can include Alomar when he spent only five of his 17 seasons with Toronto. Granted, that was the most time he spent with one team, but still. Delgado was there for longer and is the franchise leader in career OPS (by a decent margin). He has to be on that list.

warp3 really isn't a very good metric, unless you're dumb and you like bp's defensive statistics.

i don't like bp's defensive statistics, but rivera's defense is largely irrelevant and berra is a 136 FRAA, which means their system likes him a whole lot.

The choices were tough to make and I can relate to your perspective on Delgado. The reason I put Alomar on there is because even though Delgado spent more years with Toronto, Alomar has better career numbers and is most likely to go into the Hall of Fame as a Blue Jay. He was even on both of the Blue Jays World Championship teams and hit one of the most memorable home runs in their history. And he had made a name for himself as a franchise player while Delgado was just a rookie.

The choices for the Astros are in:

ESPN:

1. Craig Biggio

2. Jeff Bagwell

3. Larry Dierker

Viewers:

3. Nolan Ryan

My choices:

Same as the viewers, although I can understand ESPN's choice for Dierker.

Tomorrow will be the Expos/Nationals.

I was wondering when somebody would bring him up. I was thinking I'd have to go back and make the list accurate in the eyes of Joe Morgan:

1. Joe Morgan

2. Joe Morgan

3. Johnny Bench

Expos were the latest:

BBTN:

Vlad

Dawson

Carter

Fans:

Dawson

Raines

Vlad

I'm surprised the fans went with Dawson over Vlad, seeing as how Vlad is a more current player.

Sosa? Seriously? He lost it for me when he cheated (cork) and walked out on the team.

Banks, Williams, Sosa according to ESPN.

Banks, Sosa, Sandberg according to fan voting.

That still doesn't change his production.

And based on that production, he is one of the top three Cubs of all-time.

He won it for me when he was an incredible baseball player.
