Oh yeah, he's a stud. Some comparable players according to baseball reference are Termell Sledge and Mike Diaz. Termell is only 31 this year, we should see if we can sign him. Let's check with his local 7-11 to see if he has the vacation built up to play.

He has never had an OBP of over .339, yet this year he is checking in at .372 at age 30. That makes sense.

Only 0.5 games behind our biggest lead of the season (when we were up 5.5 on St. Louis and 6 on Milwaukee the Saturday before the ASG). We completely blew a 5.5 game lead and then built it back up to 5 games in the span of 15 games.

Just wanted to say that now that the Cubs are 5 games up....

 

If the Cubs go 27-26 the rest of the year....the Brewers would have to go 32-21 to catch us....the Cardinals 31-20
