I haven't a clue what Mesa will do on Saturday after the rain out. These are just guesses on my part.

So Mesa starts in 10 mins right? Any word on if Rich is pitching or not?

Mesa has its game at 1:30 Eastern, 12:30 Central. All games in the minor league forum are listed by what time the game starts in the time zone they are playing in.

Rich Hill: 1 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 0 K, 2 GO-0 FO.

Alexia Amarista grounds out, second baseman Starlin Castro to first baseman Sean Hoorelbeke.

Michael Wing grounds out, second baseman Starlin Castro to first baseman Sean Hoorelbeke.

Nicholas Farnsworth singles on a ground ball to left fielder Jericho Jones.

Christopher Garcia singles on a ground ball to shortstop Junior Lake. Nicholas Farnsworth out at 3rd, shortstop Junior Lake to third baseman John Contreras.

Not sure why one would try to advance from first to third on an IF single to the shortstop. That's probably why you're in rookie ball.

Scoreless and hitless 2nd inning for Rich.

2 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 1 K, 4 GO-0 FO.

Raddy Sierra strikes out swinging.

Kevin Ramos grounds out, third baseman John Contreras to first baseman Sean Hoorelbeke.

Adam Younger grounds out, third baseman John Contreras to first baseman Sean Hoorelbeke.

And Matt Cerda with another single. Good to see a top 10 round HS draftee with good plate discipline succeeding in Mesa.

Nelson Perez with another HR for Mesa. His IsoP is as ridiculous as his negative IsoD.

The I-Cubs go on their All Star break Tuesday through Thursday, so Hill could pitch for them as early as Friday.

I wouldn't get too excited about the ground ball rate (though it's WAY impressive) since he's facing a bunch of rookie ballers.

The only thing I care about is his command. The k's and hits I could give to craps less about

Michael Wing strikes out swinging.

Nicholas Farnsworth grounds out, second baseman Starlin Castro to first baseman Sean Hoorelbeke.

Christopher Garcia called out on strikes, catcher Alvaro Sosa to first baseman Sean Hoorelbeke.

Matt Cerda with another single. If this cat can stick at catcher, he'd be a very intriguing prospect.

How long do they plan to let him throw today? Looks like his pitch count should be pretty low.

I don't believe there were any reports on how many pitches he threw last time, but at this pace, I'd love to see him go 6.
