Mark DeRosa has been AWESOME this year.

 

.877 OPS this season.

 

I'll happily take that from my second baseman.

 

Yup. That's 3rd in the major leagues so far this year (and 2nd overall in OBP). Too bad for DeRosa that the 2 in front of him are both in the National League.

Joe is on to something with this we need more lefties thing. I think we should ad Grady Sizemore.

 

It's easy to imagine Jim Hendry saying the words coming out of Joe Morgan's mouth.

DeRosa took second on a wild pitch

D Lee grounded out to second, 4-3 , DeRosa to third

Ramirez doubled to down the left field line , DeRosa scored

Fukudome struck out swinging

Soto flied out to deep left field
