D'Backs up trailing 3-4 in the top of the 9th. 1 out, and the bases juiced with Augie Ojeda stepping up to the plate.

Elsewhere, the Pirates have taken the lead and are beating the Cards 5-4 going into the bottom of the 9th.

I'm seeing this on GameDay, is Gerut really this good or is Z just really bad against him? Maybe he's a new Cub killer.

Nah, Z just has trouble with all lefties.

I've seen as many cardinal and brewers updates as I have cubs. Don't get me wrong, I'm interested in their games, but seriously, now is not the time to worry

I unfortunately live in the STL area and am watching the game because I am unable to watch the Cubs. Figured I'd give some updates of our closest competitor and most hated rival.

Plus, their golden boy pitcher was getting knocked around, which I enjoyed.

Fair enough, folks just seem to be really on edge, despite the winning streak.

hmmm, looks like we'll be seeing lieber sometime tonight

The more the Cubs win the more people expect things to implode, thus putting people on edge.

I buy MLB.tv just now for $89.95. The first play I see is Z picking off Gerut. I think I'm the lucky charm. I am so happy I bought this living in SC, I get to see only the nationally televised games.

Despite how this game is going so far, watching the game on MLB.tv, I am kind of a fan of the Padres announcers.

Ehhh, not so much. One of the guys just said "if we get a hit here, we can get another point."

if augie ojeda is your first pinch hitter off the bench, your team needs more depth

I want to smack my wife when she says this, mostly because she does it on purpose to annoy me.

Ojeda can't get the job done. Stephen Drew stepping up to the plate as the only thing between the Brewers and a win.
