why is Ryan still in there?

because our bp has pitched like 15 innings in the last 2 days

Would it have been illegal to make a roster move when we got home to remedy that?

I've had "fire hendry" in my sig for 3+ years, don't ask me.

Another question: why is no one in the bp up?

Cause we need to fire Lou as well.

That was a random time to stop the game.

3pm CT was a scheduled national moment of silence; it just so happened that the Cubs were batting. I heard about it this morning while watching cable news... I bet the teams, and umpires, were told about it ahead of time.

Was that like a 1 in a million occurrence?

A one hopper to the pitcher for a 1-2-3 double play? I've seen that play a thousand times. Tought break, but with a force at every base Fukudome should have been trying to get it in the air.

That ball was ticketed up the middle and would have been two runs if Billingsley didn't make a great play on it, imo.

I'm not denying that it was a tough break, but it's not like a freakish thing. It happens all the time.

With his home runs taken out...Soriano has now cost the Cubs how many runs in the last 6 games?

Other than that, how was the play Mrs. Lincoln?

You have to be joking. He has made potential game losing mistakes over the last three games. How can a guy making that much money be given a free pass by you folks?

No, I meant Kosuke hitting into a double play with the bases loaded.

Because he's only hit into 1 other DP this year.

With the bases loaded Fukudome should have been trying to hit the ball as hard as he can. He did, and Billingsley made a great play. It sucks, oh well, bad luck.
