this probably wont be the last time this evening that I mention that Im getting fed up with mark DeRosa.

Why? He's had like 2 bad games.

I'm pretty sure he also destroyed a orphanage by crashing a bus full of kids into it.

Residual energy from Todd Walker's tenure?

Can we have the Marquis that struck out Pujols back please? Soon?

But he threw a pitch 5 inches off the plate to get Pujols to stike out...

Soriano swings at a lot of pitches 5 in. off the plate.

wait, so the cubs starters have a pretty good ERA and BAA, but their innings pitched is low? maybe this is a problem relating more to, say, the manager having too quick of a hook?

So we whine about Dusty destroying his starters by leaving them in too long, and now we're going to whine about Lou having too quick of a hook?

Why can't they both be problems? It's not as if the only choices are yank in the 5th or leave until the 10th.

Marquis vs Pujols makes me want to call for my mother

Marquis has actually been excellent against Pujols. It's Izturis we need to worry about....

Or dumb walks like these.

Man its become really popular to draw conclusions after 20 ABs here hasn't it.

I'm not drawing any conclusions. The post was more tongue in cheek than anything.

He has been successful in limited ABs against Pujols, though.

I don't think anyone gives a crap if Marquis's arm suffers effects from being in too long.

Or that our pitchers are really inefficient, naw that couldn't be it.
