I hate losing to this idiot. There really hasn't been a good AB in the game apart from the homers, we're either hacking or taking strikes (Geo and Riot, I'm looking at you).

This isn't over yet... but it's not looking good.

I've just been watching this through gameday; how's Z looked? As bad as giving up five runs would indicate?

Fans applauding someone for beating out a possible DP is one of the most annoying things they can do.

He was sharp for a while, gave up a tater to Pat the Bat on a decent pitch, and was let down by Lou and his defense. But he didn't pitch that well.

Let down by Lou? How?

I'm sure I could dig back in the game thread and figure this out, but I really don't want to. :good:

Lou put Fukudome in CF and Ward in RF. Soriano didn't get to a ball and cut it off.

Eh, where else are you going to get Ward some playing time?

Anyone whose watched Fuku's ABs lately see a difference from the first week of the season? Have the pitchers figured out a way to pitch to him? He seems to be swinging and missing quite a bit as well as putting it on the ground a bit too much.
