6 for 7 in one, perfect in the other.

Same for me. Kicking myself over the one that I wasn't perfect on because I was intending to go with Marquette over Kentucky in both.

Actually, it's now 7 for 8 and 8 for 8 with Stanford's win.

i missed kent st....but yea, now 7-8 & 8-8

Man, why did I put Duke in the Elite Eight...Any other situation and I root for Belmont, but until I actually lose a matchup, gotta root for the bracket.

So much for USC. Belmont is up 70-69 with 2:02 left, though. I wouldn't mind going 0-2 in these two games.

Even if Duke pulls this one out, they're toast against WVU or Arizona. I can't see how they can hang with either of those teams when they're having trouble putting away Belmont.

I wouldn't be completely sure about that. There's plenty of history of teams who have struggled with high seeds early and then gone on to do quite well in the tournament.

I agree to an extent, but WVU and AZ are so much more talented than Duke (especially AZ, imo). Duke's looked unmotivated and Coach K looks like he's about ready to go on a five state killing spree. How can they go against teams with better talent and higher energy than Belmont and win?

Why the heck did they not call a timeout? The guy was out of control and had nothing going. They got a huge break with the jump ball possession.

this announcer is friggin' [expletive]...just said belmont could only tip the ball with 3.0 sec left...dumbass.

I don't understand how that was a jump ball in the first place. The Belmont kid has the ball, is tripped and it's a jump ball?

I actually thought Belmont got away with over the back there.

i really don't understand the Vandy love. I have them losing in the first round.

From everything I've seen, most people either have them going out in the first round or hitting the Elite 8. I have yet to see them winning one and then losing.

I've also got Vandy beating Kansas to make the Elite 8 and that's primarily because of Shane Foster, AJ Ogilvey and their coach, Kevin Stallings.

Foster and Ogilvey are very good players and I think Stallings might be in the top 3 in SEC coaches (behind Bruce Pearl and Billy Donovan). They're a tough team to beat.
