You've always been allowed to challenge those types of penalties. 12 men on the field, illegal pass (quarterbacks crossing the line of scrimmage), illegal touch (going out of bounds and then coming back in and catching the pass). All of those are considered objective calls because they are conclusive by replay.

He's been the biggest player for them in the playoffs. They wouldn't have beaten San Diego without some of his incredible catches. He never gets the headlines, but he has been one of the toughest players to stop throughout their SB runs.
