Well, you have two downs to make this. If you don't, you save your three timeouts and use them on all three Patriots downs, forcing them to decide what to do, and you may get one more shot. One thing you absolutely do not do is call a timeout between third down and 4th down here...you need to have both plays called during this timeout.
