Ask these guys.

It was a good game, but Vance, you can't sit here and say the Cowboys didn't get some help tonight. I'll concede that the Cowboys were probably the better team seeing as they were healthier.

Anyway, we'll meet again in January.

packers fans aren't going to get much pity from the bears fans around here

I don't really care. The Bears fans that saw the game saw how one-sided the officiating was. I absolutely hate using the refs as an excuse, but that PI call was among the worst calls I think I have ever seen in all of sports. No, we didn't deserve to win anyway. The defense played terrible. The game would've been different if KGB and Woodson were in there, but that's what McCarthy gets for being so conservative.

It's not a bad loss by any means. I'll still be able to sleep easily tonight. Like I said, I still feel confident in a rematch against them.

Yeah...we'll meet again. I'm just glad that when we meet again, I'll be sitting sec 113, row 15, seat 1.

Assuming all of our key players are 100% going into that game, then yes, I like our chances in a rematch.

that's right, the nfl made its referees call a game against the most popular player and biggest surprise team in the league

Favre is the most popular player? Tom Brady anyone?

Favre's more popular than Brady. Hell, even many Bears and Vikings fans like the guy.

Is that the same humble popcorn the Patriots ate after their game with the Cowboys?

I would think Favre still is the most popular. Peyton is more popular than Brady. Probably LDT too.

Fair enough. You're probably right.

What's the deal with this? Could they have played and McCarthy decided to hold them out?

The Bears and Packers both lost to the Cowboys by the same score.

Cowboys are the prohibitive favorites in the NFC now. I think it likely that the probability of the Packers going to Dallas and winning in the playoffs is close to zero. I don't think Favre-era Packers have ever won in that stadium, and I don't see how they will now even if healthy.

On Tuesday, both of them said they could play but it would be up to the coaches. All week long, McCarthy has been stressing that it's more important for them to be healthy later on because there's a lot of football left to be played. He really did downplay the magnitude of this game.

Is Brady really that popular? I live near Indy so my perception may be tainted but it seems like he's largely disliked besides by Patriots fans and ESPN.

According to this, Woodson and KGB wasn't even close to playing last night.

Both players, listed as questionable Wednesday by coach Mike McCarthy, didn't even try to warm up with injuries suffered on Thanksgiving against Detroit.

Woodson missed his first game for Green Bay with a toe injury.

"It was cut and dried," Woodson said. "I knew it wasn't going to happen."

Woodson wouldn't say for certain that he would be able to return for the Oakland game in nine days.

"It's a lot of time," he said. "We'll see what happens."

No questioning Brady's talent on the field, but to me he comes off as smug and too "GQ" for my taste. I really don't like him all that much. Again though, obviously a great football player.

Damn, I felt dirty rooting for the Cowboys last night.

The Packers surprised me. Despite having a very good D, I thought their team was wildly overrated, but they showed me that they can compete with the big boys last night.
