After 3 balls, Ramirez just expecting a walk, so he parked his bat on his shoulder.

I mentioned it the other night - I'm convinced we have a good number of hitters who decide before the ball is thrown whether they're gonna swing at it or not.

I have been convinced of that for 3 years.

Livi9an is 32???? ya right, 42 maybe

It's amazing that considering how much he's worn down after all these years (read: Jim Leyland) he's still just 32.

Read: pitching in Cuba too.

There's gotta be some Cub fan out there willing to sacrifice a clean police record for his love of his team by kneecapping Stephen Drew.

Did't we see that first pitch to Drew called a strike on Aramis?

Yes, it was strike 2.

Great throw, Kendall.

I agree - how the rest of of the major leagues and the majority of fans can see that and the organization can't (or worse yet, promotes it) is beyond me

i have to say how great it is that Lilly and Hill choose these games to completely crap the bed and have the worst games of the season

That actually ended up being a pretty good throw, even though it was accidental-a one bouncer right to the middle infielder's glove gets the ball there faster than a slightly high throw. Unfortunately, he had a huge jump.

And furthermore, someone please tell Eric Byrnes to stop flapping his arms every time he hits a fly ball somewhere.

God do I hate this entire team and all that they stand for.

Hill has pitched far worse than this before...Lilly was worse than 2 R in 2 IP.
