They are a horrible team but they've battled intra divisional teams. I'm suspicious. Again, this same bad team swept the Brewers the last time they faced them.

 

So the fact that they're losing to a good team that they swept before is evidence that they're throwing the game? Come on. Irrelevant.

They scored 4 last night off of Oswalt/Quade/Lidge

 

They had 20 hits on Saturday.

 

This was all without Pujols in the lineup.

 

That's why I'm not totally convinced that the Brewers won't find a way to blow this (I'm just distrustful of the Cardinals motivations).
