Ridiculously stupid AB by JJ. I was all set to praise him for taking some pitches, then he hacks away 2-0.

Seriously, can we stop any and all "Jacque was hot" talk? Jacque got lucky for a week or two. He was hitting the same pathetic dribblers...they just happened to find holes in the offense. His hitting looks incredibly weak.

I don't get how you completely lose it in one year like he did. He isn't old enough to warrant this drop in production.

The reason for the week ground balls is because he is trying to pull everything. He is clearly a much better hitter the opposite way. His 2 HRs this year were to CF and LF. He was getting better at hitting to the left side the last few weeks.

I don't get it either. The reduced PT excuse can't be used anymore, as he has been playing all the time lately. It makes no sense. He's never been good, but if he could put up his career norms from center field he'd actually be reasonably useful. As of now, our best option in center is Felix.
