Agreed. I'd start with everyone. regardless of position, age, or production.

 

A fresh start would be sweet.

 

I'd start with Hendry, Lou, and Mark O'Neil. With those guys gone, we can afford to try and rebuild with a core of DLee, Aramis, and Hill.
