I didn't kno Elijah Dukes was such a loving family man.

Rotoworld

Devil Rays owner Stuart Sternberg said Sunday that his team could still take disciplinary action or possibly even release Elijah Dukes over allegations that he threatened to kill his wife and children.

With no charges filed against Dukes, it's hard to see how the Rays could justify suspending him, much less releasing him. "No doors are closed at this point," Sternberg said "But when we make whatever decision we will make, we are going to do it with the confidence that we're feeling it's in the best interests of the parties involved, and we will move on."

There is a thread about it in baseball discussions aslo I Believe.

I'm pretty sure if an opposing pitcher did what Hill did with a runner on base, I'd be calling for a balk every pitch. Especially the pickoff throw.

Ya know.... when ya drive in Missoura, there's the limit to how fast you can go according to the law, then there's the limit of how fast the cops will let you go.

yeah that was similar to pettitte's pickoff move, which really looks like a balk
