Interesting note Reyes has an ERA of 0.00 after the 2nd inning this year. Then again I am not sure he has made it out of the 5th yet so its not that impressive, and the way his pitch count is already I am not sure he will make it out of the 5th today either.

Theriot's bat is significantly better than anything Cedeno and Izturis can offer. However, his defense leaves something to be desired.

 

Considering that Izturis and Cedeno aren't exactly defensively great at SS, either, I think Theriot at SS makes sense.

Cedeno isn't great at SS b/c he gets all ADD on the routine plays. The natural ability is there to pile up the gold gloves.
