Does anyone else feel a Glenallen Hill-esque homer that breaks a window across the street coming on here?

get it right, hill's homer hit the roof of the building. sammy broke a window or 2 in his day, though.

Remember when he tried to call time out to tie his shoe in Florida? The request wasn't granted and he literally runs back to the batters box, flops out the bat, and donks one into RF. Oh, that Glenallen.

Hill's homer went into orbit, as I recall.

I'm almost positive that Hill hit one that broke a window in the apartments across the street, and he offered to go over and help change the window. It may have happened in BP but I'm pretty sure he's the one that hit it.

That sounds like Sammy to me.

Wasn't it the wonderful CB Bucknor that wouldn't grant him the TO?

If Miller is not off this team by the end of the day, we should all storm Hendry's office.

Miller and Pie down and Guzman up tomorrow morning?

Miller released and Guz up

Ohman traded

I loved that guy.

Glenallen Hill was my 3rd favorite Cub ever, behind Sammy and Andre.

That was Barry Bonds.

And the time that he absolutely blew up an Angels catcher in a homeplate collision in Anaheim a few years back.

I need to complain about Fantasy for a second. I didn't play Uggla or Rolen today. That is all.

Rolen has been benched for about a week for me now...it'll take more than 1 HR to get him back in the starting lineup too.

I was at that game. Bonds broke windows and was putting baseballs onto Waveland with regularity. My brother got one.
