Guys, I love Hill as much as the rest of you, but can we stop crucifying Z? He's off to a slow start. He's still a great pitcher.

 

That ignores how he finished last season.

He is still our best pitcher. Let's let Hill get through the league a couple of times before we annoint him the Cy Young winner.

With the way Hill is pitching and our offense is performing, small ball unfortunately presents us better odds than I would think playing for a string of singles would do for us.

Z still has great stuff but he doesn't pitch like the ace of this staff. He was the de facto ace when Prior and Wood went down but since Hill came into his own, Zambrano has not been the stopper or big game pitcher. It's hard to argue against Hill as ace.
