I hope Lee is out just because of the huge lead and and not because something bad happened on that ugly slide he had in the 1st.

 

I think it was the ugly slide. I doubt he would be taking out in the 2nd inning?

 

I mean like they're just playing it safe because he's a little sore and they have such a big lead as opposed to something serious where he NEEDS to be out ASAP.

It's his first live-game action. I think you need to cut him some slack.

I posted a while back that it wasn't a big deal. What's with everyone jumping on someone for the slightest misstep outside popular opinion. Ya'll need to lighten up.

Ok...for those of us only following along on teh NSBB Play by play...could someone please elaborate on the "Lee is out" "I hope Lee is OK" line of posts...its freaking me out and I need to be soothed....

Did the third base coach send Z to third in the first inning? If he did, what was he thinking?

 

Z easily made it and had the time to fall down and get up.

 

He was probably thinking about sending him home until he fell down.. now that would have been interesting. :)
