Maybe it's your processor or video card. Something not related to the service is preventing it from being smooth...

Much of my problem has been fixed by simply downloading a plug in that allows me to play .wmv files in the vastly superior quicktime. So I can at least watch. However, the longer I keep the file open, the worse the feed gets.
