My photoshop skills don't quite match up with some folks here, but this is what I had in mind.

You've exceeded your Geocities bandwidth, is there any way you could upload it to ImageShack or PhotoBucket so that the rest of us could see it?

That's strange-I saw it earlier when he put it up, but you're right, it's not there now. It was pretty good when it was there.

I can still see it. :?

I can see it again now

And now it's gone for me.

Now cut that out! It's back again!

Tim Lincecum

My pick for NLROY.

Conan O'Brien you're pick for NL ROY? Man, you going out there on your predictions, Outshined. 8-)

That's quite a hula-hoop he's got around his neck.

There are a lot of Spring Training pictures here (some from last year, some from this year; I'm sure more will be added). Cubsmesa is Tim Sheridan, PA announcer at Hohokam and operator of an independent web site devoted specifically to Cubs Spring Training, http://www.boysofspring.com.

Now THIS is the site I like to see! Nice site, showing some pics, and some nice exclusive interviews. Thanks a bunch!! ::goes to view all of content::. .

I actually discovered that site by accident last year. I found it by Googling Cubs Spring Training when I was looking for information before my visit. I'm especially looking forward to the DVD that he's working on and has information about on his site.

So he's working on a DVD with (hopefully) ST footage in it? I'll prob get it. But it defeats the purpose. We (us cubs fans) like to see ST action as it's going on. By the time the season starts, I'm not gonna care (as much). .

The DVD seems more like a history of Cubs Spring Training more than current highlights. There's a description of it here. There are a few video clips at the bottom of the page, including one of Harry Caray and one of Ryan Dempster impersonating Harry Caray.

Maybe this'll take some attention away from the ticket thread...

Probably the only two players I really dislike on this roster... (Novoa and Izturis)

Yeah, but that midget has a problem taking walks. Although, the giant in that picture has no problem issuing them.

He could have been ours. 2003 in round 48. Oh well.

Does it not look like Henry Blanco is in the middle of pouting? He looks like he wants to take his baseballs and go home.

Even though it's more of a social issue, the racial divide in the picture is frustrating, even though it is probably more language based rather than anything else.

Henry is talking to some white boys.

And somebody with some very pale hands is being blocked by Angel's head (is that Guzman?)

Frustrating is an interesting word to use. Why did you choose it?

Despite the potential language and cultural barrier, I would like to see it segregated by something other than that (not that I want it segregated but it'll happen regardless) from a social standpoint. Having been around it most of my life, I wish there would be more progress in this regard. Of course, this picture is just a very small snap shot of a very in-depth issue.
