I'm very torn now, I signed up MLB.TV Premium, but if MLBEI is going to be available what to do?? MLB.TV is 20 dollars cheaper a month, but I have to hook up my laptop to my TV.

 

Just as a precaution if MLBEI is not available...how are you hooking up your laptop to your tv?

VGA cable from laptop to TV. Audio out from laptop to stereo. I've tested it out, the picture is fairly good not as good as TV but pretty close.

Yes just alittle below TV quality on the TV, excellent quality on the computer.

Is anyone else having trouble logging in to mlb.tv? When I try it just sends me to an account preferences page, it never logs me in. Sort of frustrating.

lack of ST games. the schedule keeps changing, when i ordered it there were all kinds of games available (including the cubs game yesterday), now there are none on the schedule. the audio was not even decent yesterday. picture quality was not good on thursday, although its my understanding it'll be better during the season.

Quite the opposite it will be truth, justice, and the american way. I will dance in the streets and thank God and all that is holy. I pray every day when I get up in the morning that someone stops the evil empire that is DirectTV and that normal hard working americans can enjoy the baseball that they love without switching to a piece of crap company that wants a monopoly on baseball.

 

Consumers of directTV might get more content and features but the rest of baseball fans that have always been willing to pay see thier teams

games on tv will be getting royaly reamed. No one should be forced to change television providers (a long arduous pain in the arse costing extra money and having to sign a contract for a product that I dont want) in order to watch the baseball games they want to see.

He pointed out the deal is close to being completed but is not done.

 

"I've heard for years we have too much product out there," Selig said.
