Also, we only have to go 2-2 in the remaining games to secure HFA, so if we lose, oh well.

So the Bears have tie-breakers over New Orleans? I didn't think that was the case.

WE HAVE NO CONFERENCE LOSSES

HOW CAN WE NOT?

If we don't get HFA, its our own fault;

Bears' [8-0 in NFC] remaining schedule strength; (@STL 5-7, TB 3-10, @DET 2-11, & GB 5-8 = 15-36 [10-29 after tonight])

Saints' [8-1 in NFC] remaining schedule strength; (WAS 4-9, @NYG 7-6, & CAR 6-7 = 17-22)

Yes, but look at the way each team is playing and the injury situation.

HFA is far, far from assured. We would need to win 3/4. If we lose tonight, we will need to win out to secure it.

Tampa Bay, Detroit, and the Packers dont seem to be much trouble.

I understand that. I'm just saying.

Looks like Ricky Manning has found the dumbest way yet to wear a baseball hat. He must have taped it to his skull to get it to hang like that

If the Bears win tonight HFA is done. No way they lose 2 of 3 to Tampa, Detroit, and GB. If they lose tonight, I'll start to get worried about locking up the #1 seed.

I almost want it to come down to winning the last game. That way we don't "rest" everyone for the playoffs and we also don't sit our team and let Green Bay beat us.

Hester will take kickoffs to start the game. Rashied Davis will take kickoffs later in the game if Hester is used a lot in the nickel package.

My apartment has instituted the 1st Annual Rex Grossman Drinking Game (Dedicated, with love, to Kyle Orton).

1/2 Shot for 1st Down Passes

Double Shot for TD Passes.

Here's praying I end up blowing chunks.

I'll drink to that.

Does that mean you'll do two shots for a pick six?

It falls under your rules, as far as I can tell.

About 70/30. Even if we lose though, I'm not that worried about HFA. There is no way we should lose to any of the last 3 opponents, and the Saints have some fairly tough games left as well.

Rams are much better than the 9ers. I've only really felt we would lose to the Pats and that was close.

Tonight though, the injuries, the same turf Rex got hurt on before...

Those last 3 games should be very easy, true. If Vasher comes back strong, we should theoretically be able to beat up on those teams even with Harris out.

Huh? If the Bears win tonight, the Niners have the same record as the Rams. I'm not sure how the Rams are "much better".
