I don't know much about either of them, but I just looked it up. Matt Sinatro was a little used catcher for 11 years in the major leagues. He was a bullpen coach for Piniella in Seattle, and might have been in Tampa Bay as well.

 

Lester Strode has been the Cubs minor league pitching coordinator for 11 years now.

Sinatro was Piniella's bullpen coach for his entire stay in Seattle and Tampa. I had expected him to be here all along. I'm only surprised that he's the first base coach instead of the bullpen coach.

Yeah, Sinatro was also the bullpen coach at Tampa Bay. Strode was a pitching assistant for the big league Cubs in 1994 and 1995 before going to the minor league pitching coordinator job.
