I think Rolen signed a 7yr deal after the '02 season. Philly had to do with him and Bowa, I don't think is a serious, just stupid considering the timing of it all.

I forget what game it was, but Rolen was benched in one of the games in St. Louis, and he didn't find out til he looked at the lineup card right before gametime. Apparently the two haven't spoken since then.

Yeah, Suppan was 6-2 with a 2.39 ERA in 15 starts after the All-Star Break, so he's been amazing somehow for a while now.
