Once again, Michigan takes 2 1/2 quarters off, looks awful in that time, then turn it on late and wins by a good margin. They've made it an art form against their crappy nonconference schedule over the last few years.

 

Meanwhile, with 2 minutes to go in East Lansing, MSU only leads Idaho 24-17.

Comcast SportsNet will start airing FSN programming in early September with Pac-10 and Big 12 football games with additional national shows, including the Best Damn Sports Show Period, beginning in October. The announcement was made by James J. Corno, Senior Vice President/General Manager for Comcast SportsNet Chicago and Bob Thompson, President, Fox Sports Networks

The UT/UNT game is on channel 3 here and the Utah/UCLA game will be on CSNC this evening.

I just heard this a few days ago. Sounds pretty exciting.

And the second I pimp up Stewart, he sprains his ankle (doesn't sound too serious, though).

Wolfe for Northern is really really good.

160 rushing, 114 receiving. Against Ohio State.

 

I shudder to think of when Ball State plays him. I believe he ran for nearly 300 yards against us my freshman year in the game NIU won 38-31 in OT.

The EIU v. UofI game isn't televised in Charleston or Champaign. What up with that?

 

They will show it on WEIU or at least they used to show all the games on there.

 

Wolfe for Northern is really really good.

That's what I thought, but it isn't showing up on my digital cable menu... I'll tune in and see.

Michigan is looking just like they did last year. Only up 10-7 against Vandy in the 2nd quarter. I can't believe Carr still coaches this team. :x

 

really? Because this is pretty much what michigan has done for as long as I can remember including under Bo. They wear down the other team and then stuff it down there throat. Seems to have worked pretty well for a long long time. football games aren't two quarters long.

Wolfe had a good game as usual, but the defense looked like crap once again and Horvath sucked too. That INT when NIU was already down 21-0 really hurt as we were inside the OSU 15 before that turnover. Game should've been closer than what it was, but OSU looked pretty good today.
