At this point, they should just designate all pots by FIFA ranking.

 

EDIT: Such pots would be as follows (* assuming higher ranked team in playoff wins all matches):

 

Pot 1: Brazil (hosts), Spain, Germany, Argentina, Colombia, Belgium, Uruguay*, Switzerland

Pot 2: Netherlands, Italy, England, Chile, USA, Portugal*, Greece*, Bosnia-Herzegovina

Pot 3: Ivory Coast*, Croatia*, Russia, Ukraine*, Ecuador, Ghana*, Mexico*, Costa Rica

Pot 4: Algeria*, Nigeria*, Honduras, Japan, Tunisia*, Iran, South Korea, Australia

It's amazing how much Ozil has transformed Arsenal.

 

I wish Jozy would just walk into the Swansea locker room and just stay with them for the rest of the season.

Seattle looks hungry vs Dallas. On NBC right now, FYI. Clint is struggling with the big foul target on his back but he's playing sharp. Evans' return is helping the midfield play a lot.

The spine of that team sucks. Even with Alonso in it.

 

Not for nothing, but they should jettison one of their attackers and find a decent CM or CB this offseason. They've lost their last 4 games by like a combined 12-2 or something crazy like that.

 

Also, the Fire have the least creative supporters section in the history of the game. Just 90 minutes of them saying "Fire" over and over. And that wasn't a PK. Embarrassing call from the ref, sweet PK take from Magee.

I'd love to know why Fox isn't showing the best UCL game on Tuesday (Arsenal-Dortmund) live and why they're relegating the best UCL game on Wednesday (Real-Juve) to Fox Sports 2, which isn't available everywhere in HD.

UEFA playoff matchups:

Ukraine-France

Portugal-Sweden

Croatia-Iceland

Greece-Romania

 

Really good matchups, especially Zlatan v Christiano.

 

Too bad about that one; I would have preferred to see both at the WC.
