Ecuador was +5 coming into the game today and Uruguay was -1. Still another 2 goals to make up even if Uruguay gets a lead.

USA are playing Panama, but have clinched 1st in North America already. If Panama win and Mexico lose, Mexico is out and Panama get a playoff with New Zealand for a WC spot. Mexico and Costa Rica are tied 1-1 and USA are losing to Panama 1-0 right now.
