Things just got really interesting. With Greece and the Czechs both up 1-0, Russia would now be the odd team out if things end this way. Russia needs to score now to stay alive.

 

It would be pretty crazy if Russia didn't advance after starting the tournament with a 4-1 win over the Czechs, who would win the group if the results hold.

Germany vs Spain would be an epic clash of the titans for sure. You know one team is going to come out of nowhere though like Greece in '04 and make something happen. Some interesting stuff today to in Group B, I'm hoping Germany and the Dutch advance...I can't wait until tomorrow for my boys from Croatia to take on Spain. I don't have a good feeling about it because Spain is so good, but I'm just hoping for the Irish to somehow tie the Italians so Spain and Croatia go through regardless. There's a lot of scenarios though of who goes through and is the odd team out. Should get real interesting.
