Anybody know what channels will be showing the Copa America games?

GOL TV will be. I won't be surprised with one of the Spanish channels showing it especially with Mexico also getting an invite.

Thanks. Hopefully I'll be able to find downloads of the English broadcasts.

Good marking there guys. Way to leave a Mexico player wide open on the far post.

1-0 Mexico.

EDIT: After seeing the replay, their marking was even worse than I originally thought. There is absolutely no reason the other team should have numbers going down the field on their throw in. No reason. Pathetic.

Great save by Howard.

And then off the cross bar with the open net. What the eff. Cannot finish.

Too many missed opportunities. Howard was huge at the end.

Suck it, Mexico. :D

The US played 10 times better in the second half than they did in the first half. If not for the wide open misses by Ching and Beasley there in the second half - especially Beasley - it would have been 3-1 or 4-1. Either way, the US looked like a different team in the second half. Well done boys. Well done.

That was absolutely crazy. Not bad for my first live match.

The seats were amazing, especially since I was right behind the goal that had all the goal scored in.. The only downside to them was that they were aisle seats and I was getting crowded by Mexico fans after the first half who wanted to shout things to the big breasted Blonde Mexican celebrity.

I'd say it was maybe around 90% Mexico supporters. It took me about 45 minutes of watching crowds in traffic and then walking to Soldier Field to actually see a US jersey. They weren't all that bad, though the stadium was certainly shaking after the goal. And then one of them dumped beer on Seth's friend right before the trophy presentation.

Talk about an up and down game. Quite an experience.

Anyone know where to get video highlights?
I was on a website earlier - something like 101greatgoals.com, which does more than it says on the tin. I don't know how quickly it updates, but it seemed comprehensive. I'll have a look for the real address when I'm back at my computer. In the meantime, do a Youtube search for 'Quagriarella'. He's some hot tamale.

:D Good to hear you enjoyed it, Jon. Will you be repeating the experience? Maybe with fewer Mexicans next time.

To bad he wants to play for Juve.

Holy crap what a game. My entire effing body hurts from the sheer energy expenditure of screaming and chanting and losing my mind. i think I'm gonna go lie down in my shower.

Totally worth it. A fantastic win, even if we did look bad at times.

Yeah. I don't think I've ever experienced a sequence of up and downs live like I did today. Just an incredibly exciting game.

And yeah, I'm definitely hooked now.

By the way, here's the view from my seat:

I wish I had brought a camera instead of just my phone which was full of pics by the trophy presentation. They brought the trophy right in front of us (that thing is freakin' huge).

Doesn't matter if you look bad if you win the big game - it means you were good enough. Congratulations all.
