Anybody want to trade?

This is a nice looking draft so far. Everybody making quality picks. I especially like the Tatum Bell and Joseph Addai picks. I would have picked Bell if he lasted 1 more pick. I think he will beat out Dayne pretty easily. He reminds me of Clinton Portis.

I gambled a little with Reggie Bush, but hopefully, he gets used like Ronnie Brown last year. Get about 50-60% of the carries, and hopefully NO lets him return some kickoffs.

Yeah. I wanted Addai but wasn't sure how high to take him. That was a great pick, TT.

I'm probably going to look to deal depending on how everything shakes out.

Bush will be a great keeper, Raw even if he doesn't get as much action this year.

My brother is a Saints season ticket holder. He's telling me that everything he's hearing is that Duece will get most goal-line and early carries and that Bush will be used a change of pace back in the second half and will even see some time as a slot receiver and kick returner. The Saints still have Lewis who they like as a kick returner, so I'm not really sure how much time Bush will get there.

I really thought a lot about Bush, seeing as how he usually goes in rounds 2 in 3 in all the mocks I've seen. I'm just worried about him getting scoring chances in the Saints offense, I think he's going to get his points off of yards and not scores.

Addai is another guy that I was targeting, but the more I read about him teh more it looks like he's platooning with Rhodes, at least for awhile. I'm concerned about him not being a starter until half of the season is over.

I can't decide if I like my Droughns pick, to tell you the truth. He's going to get hsi yards, but man, only 2 scores last season. If he bumps that up to 7 or 8, and gets 1200 yards again, he'll be ok as my flex guy. I saw him go as the second pick in the third round of an experts draft, so I guess it should work out.

Torry Holt is a pick of mine that I am stoked about. I can't believe he wasn't protected, to tell you the truth. That same Experts draft saw Holt get picked 6th in the second round, he's a solid WR1, which is something I didn't have last year.

Your thoughts on Bush and Addai were the same as mine. Droughns is an interesting guy. He's going to get yardage and if he gets the scores, he'll be good.

I looked at him at the times I made both my Dillon and McAllister picks. I'm taking a huge risk with those two, but I like to have a stable of RB's. I'll see how it works out.

I think I screwed up a bit. I was debating between keeping Chad Johnson and Ronnie Brown. I should have kept both and took my chances on Palmer being there at #10. In hindsight, he had a better chance than lasting than the other 2.

That was a tough call for you. I was surprised that you let Johnson go. Having the tenth pick made it harder because there was no way Johnson lasts that long. I don't know whether Palmer slides to ten either, but you did have a big gamble.

I still think you have an excellent team at this stage.

My keepers were tough to decide because I hated keeping a TE, but since no one else screamed "Keep Me" I decided to keep Gates.

Droughns was the top rated guy consistently in the mocks that I saw for the RBs that were available. I was worried about his long-term prognosis and Cleveland's offense (or lack thereof). But I debated between him, Dunn, and Bush. I went with Bush because of the keeper league factor.

I've seen Droughns rated everywhere from up there to much lower. The same occured with McAllister and Dillon. The backs with question marks like Drouhgns, McAllister, Dillion and others seem to move all around depending on the opinion of the expert.

Yeah, I'm at a weird point, really, as my keepers are probably set for the next few years. Manning, Cadillac and Jackson should be first rounders for awhile, barring injury.

Very true. You can now begin looking at production for this year only.

That was such a tough decision. I was keeping edge and LJ no matter what and then it came down to Holt vs Steve Smith. I went for the slight gamble over the sure thing.

I would have made the same choice, Burnt. You definitely had more than three guys worthy of keeper status.

I wish I woulda gone with Bush instead of Roy Williams. But it was early in the morning and I wanted to get my pick in before I left for work so I think I rushed that choice a little too much. Oh well, I expect RW to have a big season with Mike Martz in town.

It was pretty excruciating trying to decide between Addai and Droughns. I went with Addai because he'd be my 3rd RB so I could afford to gamble on his platoon situation for the benefit of him being a better keeper option than Droughns. Plus he plays in a better offense and I really didn't want to pick someone from Cleveland, living there and seeing their crappiness for so long.

It was a good pick on Addai. I wanted him, I just didn't want to take him that early and felt with the question mark surrounding Dillon, I wanted a little more certainty.

Addai will definitely be a good keeper option as he will be the back of the future in Indy.

I had Roy targeted for my third pick, I was really surprised to see him go that early, though he should be a strong wideout this year.

He wouldn't have. I would have grabbed him if he had been there at my pick.

Pssssssssssst, Tobias. This is a snake-style draft. You get two picks in a row.

I sent him a PM to let him know, but I guess he never got it...oh well
