The winners of the matches on each day will play each other. So the semifinals will be:

Germany/Argentina v Italy/Ukraine

England/Portugal v Brazil/France

I was just kidding around. England have been bounced from a couple tournaments in the last few years on PK's.

 

I think England, Brazil, Germany and Ukraine advance, with Germany and England meeting in the finals.

 

I picked England to start, and I'm sticking with it until they give up a goal from the run of play.

I don't know what Marcelo Balboa's obsession with the penalty kick shootout going all 11 kickers. I don't recall a shootout going more than 6 or 7. And he also thinks that the goalies will be the last to take the kicks, which isn't true either. They could be last, but they could be one of the first 5.
