This crapola of a team needs some overhauling.

 

I no longer understand the criticism of Perez and Jones and Pierre. These guys were not stellar players immediately before their arrival to the Cubs so why would we think they'd be better? I understand criticizing good players who are playing subpar like Ramirez, Walker (of late) and Zambrano, but why criticize sucky players? If anything, Hendry should get severe criticism for signing these guys. What percent of people on here were in favor or re-signing Perez and signing Pierre and Jones? If I remember correctly, it was low.

 

So we shouldn't say that sucky players suck?

 

Of course you can. But follow it up with sucky GMs suck.

Hendry sucks too and a long long time ago, I thought he might be decent.

 

I would rather criticize anyone who needs criticized reguardless of where they've played and how good they were there........etc. etc.

 

This team isn't very good. It's alot of different peoples fault. And your right Ramirez, Walker (of late), and Carlos should be criticized as well.

he had given up 3 thru 6, was at 95 pitches, and was about to go through the order a fourth time. any manager w/ a brain in his head takes him out, and he ends up w/ a solid line considering the bonds hoopla and everything else.

Oh I think there's plenty of Hendry sucks threads and even comments in this thread. But when watching the game, the sucky players are the ones on my screen....so they get my wrath at the moment. :)

This current stretch of Cubs baseball has to be one of the worst in a long time. This Cubs organization spit in our faces when they gave Hendry that extension. Why? This is just terrible. We have regressed every year since 2004.
