TOP OF THE THIRD INNING

 

Rusch singled to center field

Pierre singled to right field, Rusch to second

Cedeno sacrificed, 1-3, Risch to third, Pierre to second

Walker walked

Ramirez grounded out to first, 5-3, Rusch scored, Pierre to third, Walker to second

Mabry grounded out to second, 4-3

 

1 runs, 2 hits, 0 errors, 2 men left on base

Who are you listening to? Just curious as I have the WGN announcers on comcast here. 1 run in that inning is a crime.

 

 

 

He was safe!

 

And it's def annoying listening to these announcers say how great of a play it was by Pujols. He barely stretched. And it wasn't that difficult of a pickup.

I'm watching MLBtv, which has the Cardinals broadcast on. Wish I had the WGN crew...

I know the reasoning behind the sac bunt. I just don't like it in the 3rd inning of a game. It takes you out of the possible big inning and you get one lousy run. One run isn't going to win this game.

It's difficult to even describe the pain I feel having to watch Mabry come to bat instead of Derek Lee.

I don't know, because of Aram's hamstring problems I think Blanco might could out run him
