Hernandez can't K so he does something worse.... 6-4-3

Worse? I thought it was pretty sweet.

I was disappointed when the Milwaukee manager held him out of the last week of games so Hernandez didn't break the SO record. That was weak. Just let the guy break it. I remember the Brewers fans were cheering him on and wanted him to get the record.

They still sing it at every Yankees game. It sure beats that Cotton Eye Joe song.

What, you don't like my song?

Pie with 2 doubles & 2 RBIs in the leadoff spot; Aardsma with 2 no hit innings in relief, as Iowa beats Round Rock today.

that was yesterday

Iowa tied 1-1 in the 3rd..Brandon Sing homered.

I wouldn't put it past Fred to be able to see the future

true, I wouldn't either

Murton K's to end the top half of the 8th.

Its true- better plate discipline means slightly more SO. Take more marginal calls at the plate.

Haha, Lakers lead Phoenix 16-1.

Murton distributing souvenirs.

Awesome. Go Lakers. They'll blow it though. I know they will.

Probably not. Not with they way they're playing now, esxpeically with Nash sitting out.

Nevermind then. I retract my statement. I didn't know Nash wasn't playing. That changes everything.

I agree and Jose should be ticked off. His one chance to get into the MLB record books and he wasn't given the chance.

I'd like to say I'll be watching the game, but I'll be at the Jaxx home opener!

FYI - the Reds just took the lead from the Cards on homers by Dunn and Kearns.

Damnit, I really wish I drafted Dunn when I had the chance.

At least I got Derrek Lee.
