I hope they call up Sing or Restovich. The Cubs could use some pop.

 

Murt 2-2 with an OBP of 1.000.

 

Sing is still adjusting to AAA hitting ... he's been in one of his cold spells.

Good play by Wilson. Well, atleast we scored a run.

 

Yeah the Cubs got a clutch 2 out basehit. Bullpen needs to hold strong and I'll take my chances at 6 outs against the Buckos.

Their SP hasnt been good, but what about their pen?

anyone thinking murton and cedeno 1-2 would look nice?

 

murton could bat 2nd. i don't want ronny anywhere near teh top of the lineup. once he decides to take a few more walks, cool. i love his speed and hustle.

 

yea, I'd hate to give up all those walks pierre takes.

 

pierre usually can be counted on for a high batting average, so his lack of walks only hurt him so much. he'd be a lot better with a few more walks, definitely.

 

cedeno isn't going to hit .300+ over the course of a full season. his obp isn't going to level off at .340+ either.

 

pierre sucks right now, but he has history on his side.
