When Wood comes back, either Williams or Rusch should be bumped to the pen. Someone will have to be sent down, and Wuertz has options. It will be he.

 

Is the most recent update still that he will have another simulated game and then a minor league start or two, bring ing hm back April 30 or first week of may?

 

Right now that appears to be the plan.

If that happens and he stays healthy that would be awesome.

Uh...for a guys 2nd start it's great! And he did go 1-2-3 in 3 of the 5 innings. Cut the guy some slack.

Would have been nice if Marshall had been left in and thrown the DP ball to get out of the inning. It would also be nice if frogs had wings so they didnt bump thier butts everytime they hopped.
