is Z going back out?

Z looked like [expletive]. Judging by his body loanguage I'd say he backed out a long time ago.

Not quite what I asked, but thanks.

I didn't mean anything by it. It was a shot at Z if anything.

All in all, it wasn't that bad of an outing. It wasn't good, but I've see worse in just the last few games.

1. Family site, please consider the language.

2. Z gave up 4 hits. If that's looking worthless, then more Cub pitchers need to look worthless.

Anyone else get the feeling that this is the kinda game we are going to lose 5-4?

No...i'm thinking 6-5. We'll give up one more run here soon and then score 2 in the bottom of the ninth that would have tied it...but didn't because of the extra run we gave up.

Perhaps. But if you score 4 runs with your ace on the mound you're supposed to win the game.

Z walked a TON of hitters. He's done that in every one of his starts so far, not a good trend

three actually. plus a HBP. plus a balk. plus an error.

sorry guys. Z probably had great stuff, but he didn't pitch/play very well.

At least Neifi's flashing the leather. That should more than compensate for his anemic offense...right?

Other than his first appearance, Williamson has been impressive.

3 is a "ton"? Not great, but I wouldn't necessarily call it a ton.

In 6 innings it is.

LOL! Yep it's like a script isn't it? Let's hope this year Cubs re-write the ending...
