That doesn't look much like a cookie cutter to me.

The asphalt parking lot is a better ballpark then Shea.

Seems like if the Mets had a nice new stadium, they may become a little bit more attractive of a team. It's hard for me to watch the Mets at Shea because that place is such a dump.

300' down the right field line is pitcher-friendly?

391 in Right center is pretty deep. This picture makes it look like the outfield has quite a bit of area.

Minute Maid has deep alleys, too. This smacks of a crawford boxes for lefties. I hope there's a high wall, at least.

I think it's more comparable to a steeper Pesky Pole than the Crawford boxes. The Crawford boxes stay close for quite a bit of left field, and then goes back to 362. The diagram makes it look like the NY park goes straight back to 391.

Where are the bullpens?

Looks like in the outfield.

Are you talking about the single area to the right of the batters eye or the two areas in LF? Because the two areas in LF would be the first pens I've ever seen behind the bleachers. The one to the right of the batters eye doesn't look big enough for two sets of pens.

I know it won't happen, but I hope they keep the name Mets Ballpark. It's nice, simple, to the point, and it rolls off the tongue nicely.

I like it... I can't stand watching games at Shea.. Such a dump.

I like how they already have the Subway (Diet Pepsi, Bud, and SBC too) ads up in the sketches.
