2006 Cubs Ticket Successes and Failures Thread

Phew...decided to buy tickets to an Astros night game....and almost bought tickets to Country Music night!!

Great! Got through and got the bleacher seats I needed for 6/27. I still have bleacher seats for 6/26 and won't be arriving in Chicago until the 27th. If anyone wants them, pm me. I'm not scalping them...just want what I put into them.

What row are you in? Still hard to tell from that pic, though. Looks like it would just be the outfield if anything, but you never know.

I sat over there for the "day after DK" game. One of our seats were blocked by a pole and we just moved around so no one had to sit there the entire game. It wasn't that bad.

I just bought a pair of bleacher tickets to the Sunday night opener on April 9.

 

If anyone's interested in them, PM me. If I haven't heard from anyone by tonight, I'll throw them up on ebay to recoup some of the cost of my other expenditures today, but offering them to fellow NSBBers seemed like the decent thing to do.

Well, it's really going to depend on your specific seats. And 205 is a weird area because that's where the sections start to curve. For the most part, the pillars are in row 6. If you're off to the left of the pillar, then it could be a problem. If you're just about even with the pillar, only your view of the outfield would be blocked. If I had my ticket stubs, I could tell you which numbers are where in any row, but I can't remember off the top of my head.

Nobody can print anything until March 14th, so you're got time to sort it out.

 

The number's 1-800-THE-CUBS, by the way, but you'll have to wait until the clog dies down.
