That's funny that you mention Howry looking like someone, in this case Cone, cuz I think Howry looks like the one dude (can't remember his name) from the show "American Hot Rod" on the Discovery Channel. He's the one that talks funny (and by funny I don't mean HAHA funny) and has some funky facial mannerisms.

 

I'm sure I'm the only one who would think that, cuz I'm probably the only one that watche(d)s that show, but he's a dead ringer to Howry.
