I just don’t like the inconsistency of mostly the offense. In 2016, I was never phased when the Cubs got down by even several runs. I knew the could, and did, score in bunches. But this year, when they get down by even a run early, I feel like they may not win because shutouts seem pretty common. That’s what bugs me about the RD. Great! Their run diff is high. Unfortunately, so are instances of scoring two or fewer runs. So when they win, they win by a lot. And when they lose, I guess it matters th st the games are often close. Maybe this will even out as the season progresses. Also, I hate the fact that so very often they are dominated by garage pitchers. That is all.
