Now that the Cubs are back in first place, I think this is the thread that should be used to discuss the VBs (instead of the "Teams that will not win the WS" thread. Marte HRs in the first and the VBs are already down. -

Maybe you take your chances with Monty on Friday to see how much pen they need. After the game, they make a roster move/Iowa shuttle to bring back a reliever for Saturday. Couple that with an addition pitcher for the two Saturday games (26th man) and there should be plenty of arms available. Have Lester start Game 1 on Saturday. If he can give you a decent start, there should be plenty of arms for the DH. I think the bigger problem will be Sunday. They'll either have to start Chatsuck or a AAA. And that probably means a short outing, thus taxing the BP.
