I wouldnt say that after this week. This is a pretty good Phillie offense. They've scored the most runs in the NL by a wide margin (52 runs more than the Braves) and only the Yankees and Tigers have scored more in the AL.

Just think how much crap and criticism ARod's gonna take from the media and fans if it takes him another four games to hit #500. -
I think the team is good enough to make the playoffs and maybe win a playoff series depending on who the first round opponent is. As much as I'm enjoying watching the team, I don't think they'll win the pennant.

I'm not a big fan of sports talk radio in general. I feel that a majority of the guys are just saying things to get a rise out of people because it brings in the ratings. I mean, there are some hosts who actually offer intelligent conversation but they are few and far between especially on the bigger stations and in the prime timeslots. -

Speaking of the White Sox, anyone notice where they are in the standings? That's right, tied for last with the Royals. And the Sox actual record is 6 games better than their ExWL.
